TILLWIND

Owning your business should feel like a breeze.

TillWind is the operating system for owners of restaurants, lounges and clubs. It runs the till and the night, and makes the money provable: what the point of sale recorded, what the cameras saw, and the gap between them, in one account an owner, a lender or a buyer can trust.

RecordedWhat the POS rang: every bill, tender, comp and void.
SeenWhat the cameras saw, kept as events. Never faces.
The gapSeen, with no record behind it.
The ownerSees the night as it happens, not at month end.
A lenderA record to underwrite, not card volume and trust.
A buyerProven earnings, not a story about them.
Follow the light: every bill and every event flows into one account, and that account is what an owner, a lender and a buyer read.

The problem

Reported revenue and real revenue drift apart every night.

The difference is shrink: over‑pours, comps and voids nobody recorded, items never rung, walked tabs, cash at the door, bottles that leave the VIP table without a ring, house accounts that settle days later. Every tool a venue runs sees part of the night, and none of them sees the gap. So the owner reads a story about the night, not proof of it.

LayerSeesCannot see
The POSEvery ring, every tab, every cardAnything that was never rung
InventoryInvoices in, theoretical usage against countsWho poured it, when, and whether it was sold
LabourHours, forecast against actualWhat staff did during those hours
AccountingWhat the POS and the bank saidWhether either was true

Matching what the cameras saw to what the POS rang sees the transaction itself, without anyone’s cooperation. In nightlife that is where the shrink is, and shrink is where cashflow goes dark.

What TillWind is

The venue’s operating system.

Seven surfaces, one job each, over one model of the venue: the till, the staff phones, the bar and kitchen screens, the manager’s phone, the close, the owner’s view and the setup desk. Everyone on the floor touches one or two of them, never more.

The till and the floor, on staff phones

Orders, tables and payments on the phones staff carry. One job per screen, built for a dark, loud room. Offline is a requirement, not a feature.

Bar and kitchen screens

The bar and the kitchen each see their own tickets, on their own screen, one job per screen like everything else.

The manager’s phone

Approvals happen on the floor: a void is approved where it happens, on the manager’s phone, not at the till.

The nightly close, to the rupiah

The close is a document: every bill, every payment and every station accounted for, reconciled to the rupiah. It will not publish what it cannot evidence.

The owner’s view

Where money moves inside the room, while the night is still happening, and every leak with its value.

Cameras, the truth layer

Cameras matched to the POS, kept as events and counts. Footage stays in the venue. TillWind measures transactions, not people: it never identifies a face.

Wrap, then replace. A venue’s own POS keeps running until TillWind’s has run beside it and the records tie.

The model

A venue enters leaking and leaves as an asset.

Every venue moves through four stages, and between each a gate: a number the venue meets or does not. TillWind measures the gap, closes it and proves it.

  1. 01

    Audit

Six domains scored: technical, staff, revenue, books, inventory and vendors. A baseline, the venue’s largest cash leaks, and an investibility score.

    GateThe owner converts.

  2. 02

    Conversion

An embedded executive leads the venue onto TillWind: the POS first, then the shift and the close. The staff are retrained and the vendors renegotiated.

    GateMonth‑one books are clean.

  3. 03

    Truth layer

Cameras matched to the POS; only events leave the venue, never footage. The floor, the POS, the stock and the books reconciled nightly.

GateUnexplained variance held under its threshold, twelve months on accrual books.

  4. 04

    Investible

Attested accrual books and a data room that a lender or a buyer can query.

And thenThe day‑one audit becomes the exit document.

One artifact: the baseline the audit sets on day one is the quality‑of‑earnings report a buyer reads on exit day.

Why it matters

Revenue that can be verified, not a story about it.

For the owner

Control of the night

The truth while the night is still happening, every leak with its value, and a close that is reconciled every night instead of rebuilt at month end.

For a lender

A record to underwrite

Revenue a lender can verify, instead of card volume and trust. A venue that can prove its numbers borrows at bank rates, not cash‑advance rates.

For a buyer

Earnings with proof

Attested cashflow, queried in minutes instead of weeks, and a fair price for earnings that are proven rather than told.

Where we are
